Overview
Training your employees is one of the most important investments you can make. Our training programs and courses are designed to impart the knowledge and skills necessary for the efficient and safe operation of today’s complex pipeline systems.
We provide pipeline training programs for operating companies by conducting training courses, maintaining a large suite of pipeline training products, and by capitalizing on our close relationship with the Enbridge Pipelines’ operating divisions, from which we can utilize highly experienced and qualified professionals to augment or deliver training courses.
We believe that wherever possible, our customers should have access to a variety of training methods, including instructor-led and web-based training. Some individuals learn best in an instructor-led, classroom-based environment, while others prefer to learn on their own, following a more self-directed methodology. Our quality training program allows and accommodates these differences. We also allow for a high degree of self-pacing, to allow all trainees enough time to learn and become qualified.
In order to ensure that the training delivered is effective for both our instructor-led and web-based self-study, our training programs, courses and materials adhere to fundamental principles that help guide training design, development, and delivery. These principles have been established and validated through research, application and experience.
