Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Assessment
Our assessment starts with a review of your existing plans and systems; we then provide the recommendations you need to design an HSE management program that ensures the long-term safety, reliability and profitability of your pipeline.
Safety Management System (SMS)
Our system establishes goals and objectives that are both realistic and achievable and that add value to your organization. We customize procedures to fit your organization and supply you with a plan for implementation. SMS can also be integrated into an existing system with some policies already in place. Our SMS provides senior management, employees, customers, stakeholders and regulators with solid confidence that your operations are safely managed.

Environment Management System (EMS)
Our system establishes an integrated environment management framework that provides your organization with an effective environmental management system. We provide your organization with policies, programs and procedures for managing the environmental and socio-economic issues related to pipeline design, construction, operation and decommissioning.
Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
Our plan outlines the procedures used to govern corporate and field activities vital for effective emergency response. The procedures ensure employee actions and public safety are maintained and manual environmental disturbance is minimized. ERP procedures include pre-emergency planning, emergency notification and incident reporting, general safety and environmental considerations, and media relations. Other sections of the ERP include:
Spill Contingency Plan
We provide a plan that deals specifically with spill response, containment, recovery and clean-up. This plan can be also customized to your operations.
Crisis Management Plan
Any incident, emergency or combination of circumstances that could have a significant negative impact on the reputation, earning or share value of an organization is called a crisis. Our plan provides an outline of actions to be taken by senior personnel to deal with the consequences of a crisis.

Environmental Procedures

These procedures are organized into two main sections. The first section provides information on how to use the plan, along with general waste management practices. The second section contains Waste Information Sheets, which comprise information on how to deal with many of the wastes generated by a company’s operations.
