Who We Are

	Enbridge Technology Inc. (ETI) is the consulting arm of Enbridge International, a divsion of Enbridge Inc. Our mission is to provide solutions for challenges experienced by the oil and gas pipeline industry worldwide. ETI collaborates with its clients to identify and understand operational challenges, make objective recommendations based on industry best practices, provide resources for implementation, and plan for long-term support.

The majority of ETI's personnel come from the different operating divisions of Enbridge Inc., (Enbridge Pipelines, Enbridge Gas Distribution, etc.). Our staff members have extensive work experience from an actual pipeline operations environment, which uniquely positions us to understand our customers' challenges and expectations.

ETI accomplishes our mission in one of two ways. Smaller projects are generally managed and resourced entirely by ETI personnel. Larger and more complex projects are managed by ETI personnel and staffed by specialists who are seconded from other divisions of Enbridge. Our ETI office is located on the 6th floor of the Enbridge Tower in Edmonton, Canada, which means that we are in close proximity to approximately 600 pipeline operations specialists who provide critical support to our consulting projects. We also employ the services of highly qualified external consultants when it is not possible to staff a project entirely with Enbridge resources.
